Who processes the data

What data we collect
We deliberately minimise the amount of data and collect only what is necessary to answer your request.
- Data from the "Show us the task" form: area or role, task description, the list of systems you use, your name and company name, phone or email.
- Technical request data: IP address and time of the request — used solely to protect the form against automated submissions.
- Web analytics data: anonymised statistics of page views and interactions.
Through this website we do not collect payment details or identity documents, and we do not ask for special categories of data.
Purpose
- To contact you and carry out a diagnostic of the task you described.
- To prepare a proposal for a virtual worker role and the boundaries of a pilot project.
- To protect the form against spam and automated submissions.
- To improve the structure and clarity of the website based on anonymised statistics.
We do not use the contact details you provide for mass mailings, we do not sell them and we do not pass them to third parties for marketing purposes.
Legal basis
Processing is carried out on the basis of your consent given when submitting the form (Article 11 of the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection"), as well as our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and in protecting the website against automated abuse.
Where the form data goes
The website itself does not store requests in its own database. The submitted form is passed to our enquiry handling system or to a company email address, where it is retained for the period stated below. Access to requests is limited to the staff involved in handling enquiries.
Retention period
Enquiry data is retained for up to 24 months from the last communication with you, or until you request its deletion — whichever comes first. Anonymised web analytics statistics are retained according to the settings of the respective service.
Third-party services
For web analytics the website may use Google Analytics 4 / Google Tag Manager (Google Ireland Limited) and Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Limited). These services are only loaded if the corresponding identifiers have been configured by the site owner. The website fonts are hosted on our own server, so loading them does not create requests to external services.
Cookies
The website does not use its own cookies for personalisation or advertising. Cookies may be set by the connected web analytics services if they are enabled. You can restrict or block cookies in your browser settings — this will not affect the operation of the form.
Your rights
Under the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" you have the right to:
- know the sources of collection and the location of your personal data;
- receive information about the conditions for granting access to it;
- access your personal data;
- request its correction, as well as its deletion or the restriction of processing;
- withdraw your consent to processing;
- lodge a complaint with the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights.

Data protection
The website operates over a secure connection (HTTPS). The form is protected against automated submissions by technical means that require no additional data about you. The number of form fields is deliberately limited to what is needed for a first conversation.
Changes to this policy
